Lytchett Royal Boarding Cattery

Ideally situated in the heart of Dorset adjacent to the A35 and within easy access to all the major south coast routes, being 8 miles from Bournemouth, 25 miles from Dorchester and 3 miles from Poole, Poole being the worlds largest natural harbour. Poole is also one of the main sea ports operating cross channel freight and passenger services with daily sailings to France.
OPENING HOURS
Our opening hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm Mondays to Saturdays and 9.00am to 12.00 mid day on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Cattery was designed by Les Day and built to the highest specification by Chris Cadwgan of Lindee Lu Specialist Cattery Manufacturers.
All chalets have sleeping compartments
with individually controlled heaters, this combined with inch thick insulation
guarantees that all our in-pets
are kept as snug as they would be at home, so their stay with us becomes
as stress free as possible.
All our in-pets are individually catered for whether they have special diets or not, cats will be served twice a day or as they would be at home with the same recipe combined with love and affection.
Vets
The Royal's
vet The Pet Health Partnership Tel. No. 01202 624140 are situated just
300 metres from the cattery so top professional help is available 24 hours
a day. We can also contact your personal vet if you so wish.
Poorly cats are also welcome i.e.
cats with Diabetes (Tablet or Injection), Thyroid problems, cats if need
be can be CCTV monitored 24 hours a day.
No cat will be offered accommodation
at the Royal unless he/she has a current vaccination certificate.
Booster vaccinations are a yearly
requirement and must have been administered at least 15 days prior to their
stay at the Royal.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
For a small charge depending on distance this service is available (tariff on application), where possible we feel it is best if you can deliver your cat to the Royal in person. This will also enable you to view the Lytchett Royal Boarding Cattery if you have not already done so.
Other Pets
If you have a pet (not dogs) that
need looking after while you go away call us.
We have now added to our list of
pets catered for:- Rabbits-Guinea Pigs- Parrots-Parakeets-Budgies and all
Caged Birds. Turtles-Tortoises and most Small Rodents and Reptiles with
their own housing and Fish in their own aquariums. Can
now all be looked after.
Stewart and Irene are used to dealing with people's culinary needs as for 18 years they were the Licensees at the St. Peter's Finger a world famous public house just up the road. So pampering our feline friends will demand and receive the same high standard of hygiene and presentation we gave the general public for 18 years.
